Refund policy
Due to the rapid turnaround of services with our agents, our schedules are crucial to the superior service we can provide to our clients. All fingerprinting service deposits (1/2 of scheduled service fee) are due upon your appointment scheduling and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients have up to 24hrs to reschedule before deposit is forfeited. Each appointment can be rescheduled up to 3x before deposit is forfeited. If onsite fingerprinting does not occur during appointment- due to client negligence, appointment can be rescheduled, and a travel service fee will be applied.
